蘑菇传媒 International Student Employment Promotion Program
●The Aigi Career Development Consortium for International Students was established in September 2017 in an aim to support international students' job-seeking efforts in Japan. The organizations within the prefectures which have assented to the missions of the Career Development Program for International Students of the MEXT (universities, local governments, economic organizations, and enterprise-supporting associations) have formed a partnership to assist students' job finding activities in Japan.
●The consortium's participating universities are: Nagoya University, 蘑菇传媒, Nagoya Institute of Technology, Meijo University, Nanzan University and Aichi Prefectural University. They will offer a number of educational programs to international students to help them find employment after completion of their studies at universities.
●Students who take part in the following three programs: "Career Japanese Language", "Career Education" and "Internship" offered by the member universities, will be given points in accordance with their attendance. When the students have obtained the number of points required for each program, they will be granted a certificate of completion (please note that an application for certificate issuance must be made by students). The students with such certificates are going to be given a preferential treatment in his/her application for changing the types of visas (from a study to a work visa) (effective after April, 2020).
