1. Time for entrance to the Nagaragawa Convention Center is 8:25 for the graduate students and 9:30 for the undergraduate students.
2. Due to capacity constraints, we kindly ask that guardians and GU students (as spectators) refrain from coming to the Nagaragawa Convention Center on April 7.
3. To avoid a large crowd, no commemorative photo panels will be installed at the Nagaragawa Convention Center. However, panels are set at an entrance of each faculty/school building on April 7.
4. For those who do not use public transport to the Center, please park your car at pay parking lots.
5. The ceremony is livestreamed on 蘑菇传媒 YouTube.
   　　
6. Shuttle bus services are available between 蘑菇传媒 and the Nagaragawa Convention Center on April 7.

　Shuttle bus services between 蘑菇传媒 and the Nagaragawa Convention Center are available. The following are the bus timetable. After the ceremony, buses leave the center for 蘑菇传媒 whenever all seats are taken.
